Parking

2025-2026 School year pricing is as follows:

150/semester
300/year (Includes free summer parking. Charged by academic year.)
50/seasonal evening parking (Basketball, football, etc. Also covers entire academic year.)
Faculty may receive a discount upon asking.

All members of Phi Kappa Tau receive FREE PARKING as an active, and upon receiving alumni status, for the rest of their lives.

Parking Instructions

Phi Kappa Tau owns both vertical lots beside the house. This is private property and the University nor parking services will not bother your car as long as you park here. You may access the lot from Carroll Street in the first entrance. You may also receive a receipt for deductions, only by request. See the map or contact the president for further details.
